Rare, wild, and deeply rooted in tradition, our Ethiopian Harrar is more than an extraordinary coffee—it is a personal connection to our family's heritage. Named after a small town in Ethiopia's historic Harrar region, where our founder's maternal family comes from, this coffee holds a special place in the Bouvardia story. Grown in the eastern highlands of Ethiopia at elevations of 4,921–7,218 feet, this heirloom coffee is naturally processed and sun-dried, developing remarkable fruit sweetness and complexity. Exceptionally difficult to source and available only in limited quantities, Harrar is one of the most treasured coffees in our collection.

Look for wild blueberry, blackberry jam, dark chocolate, and a hint of clove, complemented by vibrant, wine-like complexity and lively acidity. Its rich, syrupy body delivers layers of ripe berry sweetness with a deep chocolate undertone and a long, satisfying finish. Carefully medium-roasted to preserve its distinctive fruit character, Harrar offers a bold and unforgettable expression of Ethiopia's coffee heritage.

Roasted in small batches and shipped fresh within 48 hours of roasting. An exceptionally rare seasonal offering, available only while supplies last.
